Forms and Data Collection
SiRA Forms
For structured data collection across the ecosystem.
Overview
What this product does
Status: In development
Structured data collection is being productised as a standalone SiRA product. Availability confirmed per engagement.
SiRA Forms provides form building, surveys, intake, applications, registrations, feedback and structured data collection for selected customers, entities, personas, cohorts, resources or public audiences.
SiRA Forms can be used without SiRA Events or any other product. Other products may create or attach a form contextually, but the canonical form always remains a SiRA Forms resource.
Its placement, audience, workflow attachment and data-sharing policy determine how it appears inside an event, award, assessment, portfolio, partnership or workshop.
